FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW
For 2008, Leading Employee Health Benefits Agency Ranks
14 in Insurance Category Based on its 247.4 Percent Growth Rate
ATLANTA – August 25, 2008 -- Digital Insurance, Inc. (www.digitalinsurance.com), the nation’s fastest-growing employee benefits agency in the small group insurance market, today announced it ranks among the top insurance firms -- for the second year in a row -- on the Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. For 2008, Digital ranks 14 in the insurance category based on its 247.4 percent growth rate.
“Digital is proud to be part of the 2008 Inc. 5,000 and positioned as a leader in the insurance business,” says Adam Bruckman, president and chief executive officer of Digital Insurance. “We are pleased that our aggressive growth has earned us recognition on this prestigious list since its inception,” he adds.
According to Jim Melloan, Inc. 5,000 project manager, “Slightly fewer than half of the companies on this year’s list are repeaters from last year -- in what perhaps is a reflection of the sluggish economy.” He further reflects that the 2008 Inc. 5,000 demonstrates “more growth, incredible variety and a reflection of the times.”
