Digital Insurance partners with 7 brokers to service
small business health benefits
ATLANTA - (August 28, 2002) Digital Insurance Inc. has signed agreements with seven employee benefits brokers to handle the day-to-day sales and service of a portion of their small group benefits business.
These new partners are Woodruff-Sawyer in San Francisco, Calif., Mack & Parker (a subsidiary of Hub International) in Chicago, Ill., Waldman Bros. in Dallas, Texas, The Rains Group in Detroit, Mich., Allied Group Insurance Services in Detroit, Mich., Dobson-McOmber in Ann Arbor, Mich., and J. Smith Lanier in West Point, Ga.
Under the agreements, Digital Insurance will serve as an extension of the small business unit of these brokers to service and sell to companies generally with 25 employees or less.

"Our new partners will transfer more than $12.5 million in annual premiums to us, which demonstrates the value we are providing to our partners as well as small businesses."
