"This is a long overdue thank you/service commendation but hopefully better late than never. In August, I contacted Justin Davis to help me transition to individual coverage for me and my husband from my former employer's group plan. Having been an HR professional for over 35 years, I have worked with many benefits professionals and brokers over the years, but your staff was exemplary … I was amazed at the knowledge base and professionalism Justin displayed plus the excellent, responsive service he and his team all showed (Georgia initially, Monica later and now recently Christina from your Customer Advocate Center who helped me with several new plan questions). Everyone has been outstanding, but in particular I have to credit Justin with his extraordinary effort, since he seemed to be the one who orchestrated the entire process and spent a considerable amount of time helping me evaluate plans swiftly and effectively. Digital was not only able to answer many plan/eligibility/cost-comparison questions but was able to transition my coverage seamlessly in less than two weeks, which saved us a large COBRA premium payment we otherwise would have been forced to make. I am sorry I didn't send this sooner but since I've been thinking about what a great, great job Justin and the team all did for us, I finally found the time from my demanding schedule to communicate these observations. Thank you for having such great staff."
