Employees are eligible for benefits on their start date. Our benefits package includes:
Health Insurance: UHC (Open Access POS in GA, PPO elsewhere)
Waiving Bonus: If Health Insurance is provided to employee through another source, then company insurance may be waived and a waiver bonus is paid.
Life/AD&D Insurance: 100% Company paid. Benefit level: 1.5 x annual salary.
Short Term Disability: 100% Company paid.
Group Long-Term Disability: 100% Company paid.
Dental: Principal dual-option plans.
Flexible Spending Accounts: Healthcare - with FSA card - dependent care.
401(k) Plan: Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment. Includes company match.
Time Off Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) - Accrued at 12 hours per month, 1 personal day, 8 holidays.
