Kim Adams is a client service
specialist at Digital Insurance, the nation's leading employee
benefits agency specializing in insurance for small businesses and
mid-sized companies.
Adams has five years of experience in
the insurance industry. Prior to joining Digital in 2011, she
worked for Benefit Group of New England (BGNE) as a client service
specialist. She is experienced in compliance issues, employee
relations, staffing and benefits administration and at Digital
oversees employee benefits issues and implementation questions.
Prior to working in the field of
insurance, Adams enjoyed a career in human resources management and
at the New England Culinary Institute managed its benefits plans.
Adams enjoys working with HR personnel in the benefits industry -
so now has "the best of both worlds."
She holds a bachelor's degree in
English and history from Trinity College of Vermont and a master's
in administration and management from St. Michael's College,
graduating with honors.
Adams is licensed to sell all health and ancillary insurance
products in Vermont.
