Good afternoon,
I just wanted to take a moment to sing
the praises of Carla McClendon, our Digital benefits
consultant.
Carla is a total delight to work with.
She is responsive and very informative. Every time I have had a
question she has answered it promptly and completely. I wish that
all of my contacts at every vendor we have were as nice as
Carla.
We are currently up for renewal of our
policies, and Carla prepared and presented me with several great
alternatives. The entire renewal process was very easy, and I am
very comfortable with all of the decisions that we made thanks to
